PURPOSE:To prevent the efficiency of operation from lowering and to shorten a communication time by equipping a method whose procedure at the time of use of service is guided by a telephone operator. CONSTITUTION:With a telephone set made ready for the reception of a call, magnetic stripe card 1 with data written to is inserted into reader 2. Then, the operation procedure indicating how to operate the telephone set in order to make use of required service is displayed on character display unit 4. Telephone-number information to a service center offering the required service, on the other hand, is read from card 1 inside of the telephone set and then transmitted to the needed service center. |
