PURPOSE:To reduce extremely in size an discontiuous part where impedance characteristics become unstable by inserting a two-stage cylindrical metal fitting into the through-hole of a metal substrate where a coaxial cable penetrates and by inserting the coaxial cable into it for a circuit connection. CONSTITUTION:Onto metal substrate 1, dielectric layer 2 is provided, on which a strip line is formed. Into the through-hole of metal substrate 1 where coaxial cable 4 penetrates, two-stage cylindrical metal fitting 10 is inserted and fixed to metal substrate 1 by screw 9, so that it will conduct electrically. Metal fitting 10 has small-diameter cylindrical part 11 formed in one together with main body 13 and this part 11 is protruded out of metal substrate 1 by the length less than the thickness of dielectric layer 2. Coaxial cable 4 is inserted into cylindrical body 13, and the both are coupled 8 together at the entrance part to couple outer conductor 5 with metal fitting 10 electrically. Only inner conductor 6 of coaxial cable 4 is made to penetrate small cylinder 11 and its exposure tip part is connected to strip line 3 by connection conductor 12. |
