Edible oils I with seasme flavor were prepd. by mixing sesame flavor oil and edible oil. Thus, sesame flake 100kg roasted in a pipe at 180-250≦̸C and the steam was passed, through, and then cooled for 2hrs to give 0.2-0.3% sesame flavor oil. The sesame flavor oil was added to edible oil with acid value 0.1 to give I. I exhibited low acid value and high stability.
