<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a decorative sheet of a thermosetting resin with a protrusion pattern on its surface, by putting a sheet of thin prepreg with a protrusion pattern formed on its surface on a metallic plate as a base, followed by hot-pressing the prepreg with a cushioning layer on it. CONSTITUTION:The prepreg 2 impregnated with a thermosetting resin having the protrusion pattern 3 formed on its surface is put on the base 1 of thin metallic plate, and, if necessary, the bonding sheet 6 is laid between them. The prepreg 2 is covered with the protective film 4, to which the cushioning sheet 5 is applied. The resulting layers are held between the hot presses 7 and 7' and hot-pressed to give a thermosetting resin decorative sheet with the protrusion pattern on its surface laminated on the thin metallic plate.</p> |
