<p>New lipase-contg. enzyme prepns. contain as stabilising agent, per pt. wt. lipase, 5-50 pts. wt. of an animal globular protein or protein mixts. The use of 10-80 pts. wt. of sweet whey powder contg. 8-20 wt.% whey protein is excluded. Provides improved stability of lipase, esp. in prepns. contg. constituents with surface-active properties. The lipase to be stabilised may be of animal or non-animal origin. Partic. pref. is the stabilisation of lipase from Rhizopus spp., esp. Rhizopus arrhizus. Suitable stabilising proteins include albumin (ovalbumin, lactabumin, serum albumin), globulins, prolamines, glutelines, globins, protamines and histones. The amt. of protein is pref. 5-25 (esp. 10-20) pts. wt. per pt. wt. lipase.</p> |
