<p>PURPOSE:To greatly reduce not only the snapping of a conductor but also the damage of the insulator coated on the conductor, by coating the conductor with a semi-hard polyvinyl chloride mixed with specific quantities of plasticizer and silicone rubber. CONSTITUTION:The conductor is coated with the semi-hard polyvinyl chloride produced by mixing 100 parts by weight of polyvinyl chloride with 40 parts or less, preferably, 20 to 40 parts by weight of the plasticizer such as phthalic acid ester, aliphatic ester, phosphoric ester, etc. and 0.5 to 5 parts by weight of silicone rubber of high smoothing property. Namely, the vinyl mixture of very low friction is coated on the conductor without losing the characteristics of the semi-hard vinyl. Thus, the friction coefficient of the insulator is greatly decreased. Not only the snapping of the conductor but also the damage of the insulator are greatly reduced.</p> |
