<p>The accessory is for cross country skiing and prevents the skis sliding back when a slope is being climbed. It consists of a U-shaped plate (1) fixed to the upper face of the ski (10) and a pivoting board (18). The board is fixed, by one extremity, on an axle (13) between the two arms of the plate. The board is sufficiently long for its free extremity to rest on the ground at the back of the ski. Its movement is limited by the end of the plate (20) and the free extremity of the board is toothed.</p> |
