CONSTITUTION:The getter material 3 is filled in the holder 2, which is constituted with the inner edge 5 continuous to the bottom plate and with the external ridge. Further, the open hole 7 formed with the inner edge 5 is made approximately as rectangular shape, and the getter is limited to the passage part of electron beam from the electron gun located in straight line.</p> |
