The panel has a transparent window designed to support a poster. The panel has a plate mounted by a hinge on the edges of the window which is used to hold the poster against the window. The window has a rim and the hinge extends along the free edge of one of the sides of the rim. The plate has also a rim and is mounted on the hinge by means of the rim. Matching holes in the plate and window rims are used to contain maintaining elements for the plate and window. A soft smooth sheet is inserted between the plate and the window.
