PURPOSE:To form a speaker vibrator of superior acoustic characteristics by bonding aluminum alloy foils, synthetic resin films, etc. over the entire outside peripheral surface of the circular truncated cone of aluminum honeycomb structure whose main axis is in the cylinderical axis direction and mounting a voice coil bobbin to the top face part. CONSTITUTION:A circular truncated cone 11 which consists of honeycomb metals formed by bonding haxagonal columns of aluminum thin plates in multiplicity and has a flat bottom part 12 and top face part 13 in the direction at a right angle to its cylindrical axis and a circular conical face 14 is used and its bottom face part 12, top face part 13 and circular conical face 14 are respectively bonded with aluminum alloy foils, FRP films, synthetic resin films, etc. A voice coil bobbin 3 wound with a voice coil 5 is mounted to the top face part 13. The formation of such solid vibrator for speaker enables the sharp peaks in the acoustic output in a high frequency region to be suppressed, the strength in the diametral direction to be improved and the occurrence of non-symmetrical vibration mode to be prevented. |
