PURPOSE:To perform level shift well by giving not only a level shift operation but also a prescribed gain or attenuation quantity as required in a simple constitution. CONSTITUTION:In this circuit, the DC level of the emitter of outputting emitter follower transistor Q4 is 0, and the AC level is (R1+R2)ei/R1 when input signal components are ei. Consequently, the DC and AC level of the potential at output end OUT is -R3VEE/(R3+R3);(R1+R2)/R1xR3ei/(R3+R4); and when R2/ R1=R4/R3 is set, the AC level of the output potential is equal to ei, and a simple DC level shift is performed. When R2/R1not equal to R4/R3 is set, a level shift operation having a prescribed gain or attenuation degree can be performed by making the output AC level larger or smaller than ei. |
