Fuel injection for diesel engine - has needle valve in nozzle and non return valve between spring chamber and compression channel

The diesel fuel injection system consists of a closed nozzle with a needle valve which is pressed against a seating in the lower section of the nozzle. The needle valve is pressed by a spindle via a spring. It will open the passage for the fuel in a container. There is a non-return valve between the chamber (13) containing the spring (5) and the compression channel (11). This will ensure that the flow of the fuel is only in one direction from the chamber to the compression channel. The non-return valve is in the form of a flat plate (8) pressed against a seating (73) by a spring (81).
