PURPOSE:To quickly converge the vibration generated by the earthquake or other disturbance and recover the stable turning state without any damage to a bearing or a rotary body if the rotary body may vibrate greatly due to the earthquake or other disturbance by mounting at the fixed side, a vibration controller on each of the internal and the external periphery of a rotary ring mounted on the rotary body. CONSTITUTION:When a rotary shaft 4 or a rotary body 5 is whirled at the time of generation of a disturbance, a rotary ring 9 makes contact with the projections of an internal vibration attenuator 10 and an external vibration attenuator 11, whereby generating the friction force at each of the contact points. Both the moments acting the axis of the shaft which is stably turned by the friction force, when the external surface of the rotary ring collides against the external vibration controller, and when the internal surface of the rotary ring collides against the internal vibration controller are the same in magnitude, however, act in the reverse directions. When the rotary body 5 is whirled, the maximum range of whirling width is moved and the rotary ring makes contact with the internal and the external vibration attenuator 10 and 11 in order, so that the reverse moments cancel each other. |
