<p>The device comprise a frame(1) which contains the emulsion, and has a wooden handle so a worker can pull the frame along the road. The rectangular frame(1) rests on a seal(3) in a replaceable frame(2) which contains a larger seal(4) in contact with the road. At each corner of the frame (1) is a shelf(12) carrying a wt. (13). The replaceable frame(2) has a hook(10) at each corner, for locating a bolt(11) with a wing nut(17) used to clamp the frame(1) via four lugs(16) on each corner of the frame(1). i.e. forcing the latter against the smaller seal(3).</p> |
