PURPOSE:To make obliquely cuttable the material to be worked, provided with the welding groove well balanced along the entire circumference, by restricting through the arm and the slide shaft, the movement of the driving roller, which is arranged at the tip of the cutting nozzle and thread rolls the outer surface of the material to be worked and travels by itself. CONSTITUTION:The cutting nozzle 16 of torch, etc., is attached to the tip of the arm 11 at an adjustable set angle; and the cutting nozzle 16 is fixed at a specified set angle alpha degrees directing to the axial core of the branch pipe 2. The driving rollers 17, 17, are arranged at the tip of the nozzle 16, are turned by the motor 18, and moreover, travel themselves on the outer surface of the branch pipe 2 because of their magnetic force. By adjusting the nozzle 16 for making equal the distance between the central axis line 10 and its tip to the radius L of the main pipe, the nozzle 16 travels on the outer surface of the branch pipe 2 according to the roller 17, and the arm 11 and the slide shaft 9 restrict the movement of the nozzle 16 which hence pictures the locus corresponding to the joint portion between the branch pipe 2 and the main pipe 1. Hereby, the branch pipe 2 is obliquely cut being provided with the welding groove along the entire circumference. |
