REGENERATION TREATMENT OF WASTE RESIN FROM MOLDED PARTS IN TELEPHONE

摘要

PURPOSE:A specific amount of unused rigid vinyl chloride resin is mixed with crushed waste resin from molded parts of telephones to increase the thermal stability and enable the reuse. CONSTITUTION:Waste resins from molded parts of rigid vinyl chloride resin in telephones are crushed and 100 parts by wt. of the crushed resin is mixed with more than 50 parts of unused vinyl chloride resin. Then, the mixture is melt blended at 130-160 deg.C using, e.g., Henschel mixer for several minutes and made into flakes or pellets.
