发明名称 REGENERATING METHOD FOR FLUIDIZED MEDIUM
摘要 PURPOSE:To regenerate reducing agent at a low cost by the combustion apparatus itself, by regulating the feeding ratio of air for combustion so as each reducing and oxidizing atmosphere zone to be formed in the main column of fluidized bed combustion apparatus and conducting a part of reducing gas generated from the former zoner in the other provided medium in layer regeneration column. CONSTITUTION:The medium in layer 2 in the fluidized bed combustion main column 1 is fluidized by the part 5a of the air for combustion 5. On the one hand, the air corresponding to the combustion of the fuel 4, is divided in the air 5a for lower step of the layer and the air 5b for upper step of the layer and distribution ratio is regulated by the damper 6a. 6b so as the former air volume to be smaller than the threoretical volume per unit fuel and is sent in the column 1. Hereby, each reducing and oxidizing atmophere fluidized bed III and IV is formed. When the medium 2 is, for example, contained CaO, contained CaO is reacted with S in the fuel 4 and is converted to gypsum and then, is sent in the regeneration column 10 through the duct 9. The mdedium 11 mainly composed of gypsum, is regenerated to CaO by the reducing gas 14 containing CO and H2 from the bed III and is taken out from the duct 12 and then, is reused as desulfurizing agent.
