Roller shutter case assembled from plastics profiles - has plugged compartmented hollow profiles, with demountable inside piece as inspection flap

The roller sheet, winding up and unwinding on a spindle, is housed in a shutter case consisting of a box made from plastics profile pieces with monolithic end hoods at the sides. The spindle is supported on these with bearings, and has an end cord pulley. The box is plugged together from two angular-sectioned, multi-chambered hollow plastics profiles (1, 2). The inside screen profile piece (2) serves as an inspection flap, and can be dismantled. The hoods (7) can be fitted with protruding lugs on both sides, for plugging together and to the screen profiles. Construction is simplified, and profiles can be used for insertion of roller shutters of differing cross-section.
