<p>The bow and stern sections are removed from catamaran, after which they are arranged in a circle and attached together, so that two rings are formed. Each half catamaran has two sets of sails. A computer arrangement is used in conjunction with a drive mechanism to place each sail on the two rings in the most advantageous position in relation to the prevailing wind, so that a maximum driving force is generated to rotate the rings. The rings are in engagement with gears so that the power is transmitted to generators.</p> |
