PURPOSE:To simplify constitution and transmit the time from the master watch to the sub-watch without malfunction by using an alarm speaker in transmission. CONSTITUTION:The synthesized carrier of the frequency divided outputs of the watch part 1 of a master watch such as the one corresponding to the resonance frequency of an alarm speaker 5 of a sub-watch is made to the time displaying carrier by a gate or the like whose opening and closing are controlled by the output of the time displaying shift register or the like of a time data making part and is then radiated from the speaker 4 of the master watch. It is then well received without the effect of noise, etc. in a speaker 5 of narrow band frequency characteristics. Hence, the watch part 8 of the sub-watch is controlled via time correcting part 7 according to the receiving signal of the speaker 5.
