PURPOSE:To provide a phase comparison carrier protective relay with a timing well made cooperating, by processing the timing operation, between working time and resetting time, required for a pulse width measuring overcurrent relay in the power source end and variable power unit, with the said pulse width measuring overcurrent relay applied itself. CONSTITUTION:At a power source end A and a variable power source end B in the higher harmonic countermeasure-provided phase comparison carrier protective relay for controlling a phase comparison signal by a pulse width measuring overcurrent relay, is provided a pulse width measuring overcurrent relay 51PA and 51PB 2, 2. Said relay 2, 17 is constructed by an input transformer 11, a square wave conversion circuit 12, 60 deg. decision circuit 13, an output stretching circuit 14, an OR output 16 and an AND output 15. With the AND output 15 applied to the 51PA 2 and the OR output 16 to the 51PB 2, a required cooperation between working and resetting times is made to be processed by the pulse width measuring overcurrent relay itself, thus with the protecting system obtainable where the timing is made well cooperating. |
