Powdered sesame dregs with 70% moisture were fermented with Methanococcus mazei at 51≦̸C and PH 6 for 32 hr. and carbonized in the airtight carbonizer at 200≦̸C for 40min.. The carbonized sesame dregs were boiled with water at 90≦̸C for 15hr. and the filtrate was concd. with a vacuum dryer. The concentrate mixed with 50% lactose gave high nutrient and good taste additive.
