The grip collet is for a hydraulic lubricating nipple. A one-piece body contains all the components for gripping the nipple head. On the inside of the mouthpiece body (1), a recess (3) is provided in the vicinity of the entry aperture for the nipple head. The grip jaws (4) locate with their rear side when they are pressed radially outwards by the sealing body (5) or the nipple head. The recess itself is located between two areas of equal dia. of the mouthpiece body, and the grip jaws comprise two pieces the central axes of which intersect.
