<p>PURPOSE:Urban trash incinerator waste gas containing acid components such as Cl2 or HCl is usually contacted with spray of alkaline absorbing solution, and solid in the gas is collected and separated by dust collector. In order to enhance the efficiency of dust collection, the alkaline absorbing solution contains a particular diameter CaCO3 granules. CONSTITUTION:The incinerator 1 waste gas containing dust and Cl2 or HCl is treated by the cyclotron 2 to remove granules dust. Then, in the reactor tower 4, the gas contacts with spray from the nozzle 5 of NaOH or Na2CO3 containing CaCO3 powders of average diameter 1 to 5 microns. The Cl2 or HCl gas is reacted and solidifies with NaOH or Na2CO3 and dried and coagulated, increasing dust diameters. The electric dust collector 6 collects the dust, and purified gas is exhausted through the fan 8 and the stack 9.</p> |
