APPARATUS FOR APPLYING UNITING BANDS TO CO-AXIAL ROD-SHAPED ARTICLES An improved apparatus for applying uniting bands around a group of co-axial rod-shaped articles including a rolling drum with raised pockets, a second rolling surface to engage the articles and cause them to be rolled between the raised pockets, and a vacuum system to hold the articles as they are placed on the rolling drum.
