Ultra low vol. insecticidal formulations of endosulfan (I) were prepd. Thus, formulation was given contg. 15-35 wt. % I, 15-85 wt. % of a solvent mixt. of an aq. esters of C2-C10 carboxylic acid and C1-C12 mono alc. (esters min. 8 carbon atoms, esters of mono-acid max. 12 carbon atoms, and esters of di-acid max. 32 carbon atoms) and an aromatic hydrocarbon having a boiling range of 168-250≦̸C, and an 0.5-5 wt. % epoxide.
