<p>The magnetically operated contact system is mounted in a protective gas atmosphere. The stationary contact is formed by at least one contact pin (3) embedded in the assembly base plate (1). The moving contact is formed by a meandering armature holding spring (5) coupled to the base plate. In order to provide rebound free contact making, the front section of the armature holding spring, facing the contact pin is secured to the base plate by strips (6, 12) formed in the spring. The section of the rotary axis of the armature holding spring is prestressed against a strap (8), with the exception of the armature (7). Particular application is for relays in telephone couplers.</p> |
