The oscillator has an oscillator stage with a differential amplifier with two transistors (T1, T2) with impressed emitter current, and an LC oscillator (L1, C1) in the collector circuit of one transistor (T2). A first emitter follower stage (T3, T4) has its input is connected to the transistor (T2) base cooperating with the LC oscillator. Its second transistor (T3) collector is connected to the amplifier transistor emitters jointed together. A further emitter follower stage (T5, T6) is in parallel with the LC circuit (L1, C1) the amplifier and first emitter follower (T3, T4). A current carrying component is mounted between a point (P) of the parallel circuit and supply source terminal (VEE).
