A waggon for transport of preferably loose material is of the type comprising a body (2) having fixed side walls (7) and bottom discharge doors (8) and a wheeled base frame (3) having seats (6), on which the body (2) rests in the transport position. Known railway waggons of this type are emptied in certain cases by vertical separation of the body and the base frame, this separating motion being transmitted via links to open the emptying doors. These links are avoided in the waggon according to the present invention, by arranging that (a) the discharge doors (8), are rotatably connected with the side walls merely via simple hinges (8a) and (b), the body (2) rests only loosely on the base frame (3). <IMAGE> |
