PURPOSE:To eliminate the effect of working errors of parts, etc. and achieve higher accuracy by so constituting the deflector that a polyhedral mirror is fixed to a revolving shaft by means of a flexible flat plate member and that float members are fixed in opposition to the reference plane of the polyhedral mirror, thereby giving pressing force to the float members evenly. CONSTITUTION:A polyhedral mirror 7 having plural mirror faces 7-1 on the outside circumference is fixed to a revolving shaft 2 by way of a circular cylindrical member 8, a flexible disc member 5, a polyhedral mirror supporging ring 6. A horizontal through-hole 13-1 is provided to the circular cylindrical member 8 and a pressing plate 14 passing through this is pressed by a steel ball 17 under the elastic force of a coil spring 16, by whose pressing force the polyhedral mirror 7 is pressed downward. On the other hand, fluid floating forces are generated by the three float members 10 provided in opposition to the reference plane being the bottom face of the polyhedral mirror 7 but these are equally balanced to the three float members 10 by the pressing forces applied to the polyhedral mirror and these pressing forces are adjustable by an adjust screw 15, thus stable rotation is made possible. |
