PURPOSE: A traffic facility with a stabilizer is provided to detect the speed of the vehicle by sensing the displacement of the traffic facility due to wind and restoring traffic facility to an original position. CONSTITUTION: A traffic facility with a stabilizer includes rotating unites(10, 11), tilt sensor(7), output modules(3, 4), and a control module(5). The rotating unit is installed in the traffic facility. The tilt sensor senses the displacement caused by wind. The output module calculates data to restore the rotating unit to a original position by receiving the displacement from the tilt sensor. The controller rotates the rotating units based on the calculated data from the output module. |
