Air exhaust cowl for building - has ring with base fitting over integral duct sleeve in roof tile and top recessed to hold cowl cover

The cowl is fitted over the air exhaust ducting (23) of a building, this latter projecting into the integral sleeve (9) formed in a roof tile (2). A ring (6) fits on top of the tile rim, an annular recess(8) being provided in the ring. The upper part of this ring is flared outwards, forming a venturi cone (10), and the top of the ring has recesses for holding the legs (11, 12)) of the cowl cover(7). The ring is held in position by a wire, attached round a roof purlin and a lug (17) on the ring.
