<p>The mechanism empties mobile skips containing rubbish etc. partic. rectangular ones, having a holder supporting the skip during lifting and tipping. This has a plate, vertical when in the position for receiving the skip and with one or more tipping links and a baseplate at right angles to the vertical one. To accommodate skips (2, 3) of different heights the vertical plate has sets of protrusions (23, 24) fitting over their top edges while the baseplate (5) has pins (34) engaging behind the skip lower edge. The protrusions can be in the form of catches fitting over the skip top edge.</p> |
