Animal feedstuff mixts., based on carbohydrates, proteins and fats, contain (A) 5-350 ppm of a growth accelerator selected from nitrovin, carbadox and olaquindox and (B) proteolytic enzymes in amts. corresp. to an enzymatic activity of 0.05-2.5 mUT/g. (B) are pref. acid proteases active at pH 2.5-6.5. The combination of (A) and (B) gives esp. high feed utilisation and wt. gain, esp. in (suckling) pigs and also in poultry. |
