PURPOSE:To secure the correct detection of the error for the extract time address at the time band when some fault takes place at the power system or the appratus and thus to prevent the unnecessary actions adding the sampling quantity extract time address in a repetitive and periodical way and with every fixed period of the voltage or the current. CONSTITUTION:Optional number K is added to the extract time address n of the sampleing quantity obtained through extraction of the power system information in a fixed period in order to obtain (1) n + k. And the output difference is obtained (2) between adder 1 and the (n + k)-ordered sampling extract time address which is obtained after the K extract time address slower than address n. The presence or absence of the output of 1st substractor 2 is decided (3), and n + k + l or n + k - l is obtained (4, 9) by adding or subtracting optional value to the output of adder 1. Then difference 5 or 10 is obtained between sample extract time address n + k + l or n + k - l and the output of arithmetic unit 4 ot 9. The decision is given (6, 11) regarding the presence or absence of the output of 2nd subtractor 5 or 10 to detect the error of the data code. |
