The measurement points are connected to a transmission line through which they transmit the measurement data by the TDM method to a central receiver. There is a transmitter (200). This transmitter is installed at the other end of the transmission line (100) and transmits to it a series of signals. Measurement points (1-24) are connected at any points of the line (100), and each measurement point (1-24) has a timer. It determines, based on the transmitter signals, the time and the duration of data transmission by the measurement points (1-24) in the frame of the TDM system.
