<p>PURPOSE:To provide an automatic assembling apparatus wherein continuous and automatic assembling operations are made practicable and labor-saving and an improvement in efficiency are achieved by combined use of an automatic conveying device in linking assembling parts consisting of a spring, a retainer and a sheet by means of a pin. CONSTITUTION:A pin A, a retainer B, a spring C and a sheet D are set to predetermined holes a, b in a break shoe E and a back plate F each. Then, a turning cylinder 27 to be attached to a pin-locating head 24 is actuated, closing positioning fingers 25, 26, and thus carrying out the centering of the pin A. Next, a driver 19 moves ahead and being rotated simultaneously by means of a stepping motor 21. If the head of the I-shaped pin A is fitted to the I-shaped hole in the retainer B, the pin A presses a press bar 8 in a nest 3 to deliver signals by kicking a switch 34, a motor 21 is further rotated by 90 deg. by means of a motor 21 so as to fix the pin A to the I-shaped hole.</p> |
