This plant has two pneumatic transport lines (9, 31), of which at least one (31) is designed as a pressure transport line with a spray gun (33). Furthermore, a metering container (17) is provided between the two transport lines (9, 31). The first pneumatic transport line (9) is designed as a suction transport line. A baffle pipe (11) leading out in the interior of the metering container and having a closed end is provided at the end of the first pneumatic transport line (9). Furthermore, one or more outlet openings (13) arranged in the pipe shell are provided. The dry mortar (7) is loaded into trucks (4) on the surface, which are then taken underground. After the dry mortar (7) is pneumatically transported into the metering container (17), the transport air is separated from the dry mortar (7). The second pneumatic transport line (31, 33) is then loaded through a rotor gate (24), and finally water is added to the dry mortar (7) before discharge from the spray gun (33). <IMAGE>
