Preferably the glass comprises in percentage by weight SiO 2 55-80; Na 2 O 10- 30; and SnO 2 8-18. The glass may also contain Li 2 O or La 2 O 3 in the range 1-3. The cement is preferably Portland cement and the glass reinforcement provided by fibres of diameter 0À4 to 1À0 Î 10<SP>-3</SP> inches and a length of up to 4 inches. |
