The grinder rotor is combined with a fan rotor, so that the ground material discharge through a pipe (16) is transported into the fodder mixer (17). The surplus air from the closed mixer vessel is discharged through the head chamber (19) to which a bag filter (20) is connected. The pressurized air seeps through the fabric of the filter, and solid particles such as flour are returned to the feed hopper (6) of the grinder via a hose connected to the other end of the filter bag. The hose (14) connects to the feed hopper (6) by a Venturi suction assembly fitted in an intermediary neck (11). The neck has also a connection (15) with the suction side of the fan. The resulting suction in the neck (11) results in a mixture of the flour returned through the hose (14) with the fodder to be ground.
