The pneumatic movement converter generates a proportional output pressure under the action of a cam for remote control or operation of equipment. A tappet sliding in a control body is pressurised at the top via a spherical or conical bearing and a metal membrane with a pressure corresponding to the cam angle and actuates a non-return valve. Depending on the degree of opening, the latter offers a set flow resistance reducing the inflowing air at constant pressure to the variable output pressure. The cylindrical control body (5) slides lengthways in a vertical bore in a housing block (4) of the converter, and has in the top part nearest the membrane (13) a guide formed in its peripheral surface. It is slid in the block by an adjusting device working in a lateral bore in the block and engaging in the guide.
|
