PURPOSE:To omit the lead wire adhesion and thus to eliminate the evil effect caused by the resonance of the lead wire, by providing the electrode film extending to the four corners of the rectangular crystal piece, supporting the electrode film by the elastic substance possessing the concavity and then pressure-welding the lead pin. CONSTITUTION:Electrode film 3 is formed on the upper and lower surfaces of rectangular crystal piece 1 of the thickness shear crystal oscillator, and at the same time electrode film 2 is extended to the four corners of crystal piece 1 to be supported with elastic component 3 possessing concavities 4 fitting to the four corners. Then metalizing part 9 is provided at the area which is pressure-welded to lead pin 5 through concavity 4 of component 3. Thus, the electric conduction is given to film 2 and pin 5 through part 9 when piece 1 is mounted to component 3. |
