<p>The boat provides goods or equipment stowage during transport on a car root. The boat is roughly rectangular in plan with the hull curving up towards the bows. The rectangular passenger space is subdivided by a cruciform partition (18) with a flat top below the gunwale level providing seating. In combination with the flat bottom (22) the partition forms stowage spaces (20) for removable boxes (28), dimensioned to be a close fit. The boxes have lids and project above the cruciform structure to facilitate handling. The gunwale embodies rowlock (26) sockets. Fittings for sailing gear can also be provided.</p> |
