PURPOSE:To obtain the stamper for molding optical disks which prevents the generation of sink marks by forming radial non-continuous dummy patterns to either or both of the inner or outer peripheral part. CONSTITUTION:The dummy patterns 3 which are geometrically non-continuous or radial are formed to the regions of recording region patterns 1 exclusive of the recording region thereof as the patterns to prevent the sink marks according to molding conditions. The similar effect is obtd. even if the dummy patterns 3 are formed to either the inner or outer peripheral part of the patterns 1 or both thereof. The stamper for molding optical disks which prevents the generation of the sink marks is thus obtd. |
