PURPOSE:To stabilize operations against a broad-range input voltage by providing a coupled of control Trs self-biased to the source-side node of the drive MOS transistor of a differential amplifier and by eliminating the influence of the dispersion of a component element through the feedback action of those Trs. CONSTITUTION:The differential amplifier constituted by using MOS transistors is provided with driver MOS transistor T1 and T2 receiving an input signals at their g ates, and load elements L1 and L2 are cpnnected to drains of Trs T1 and T2. Further, sources of Trs T1 and T2 are connected in common, and a couple of control MOSTrs T3 and T4 are provided between nose N1 of this driver and reference potential VSS. Drains of Trs T1 and T2 are connected to gates of Trs T3 and T4 and the influence of the dispersion of the parameter of the component element is eliminated through the feedback action of those Trs T3 and T4, thereby stablizing operations against a broad-range input voltage. |
