ANHYDRO-VINCA DERIVATIVES

摘要

The present invention relates to novel dimeric vinca alkaloid anhydro derivatives and to a process for preparing said anhydro derivatives which comprises contacting the dimeric vinca alkaloid with cold concentrated sulfuric acid. The anhydro derivatives are useful as mitotic inhibitors or as intermediates for the preparation of other oncogenetically active alkaloids.
