PURPOSE:To increase the using efficiency for both the outgoing trunk and the intra-office trunk by transmitting the charging pulse from the charging pulse transmission trunk to the public telephone subscriber. CONSTITUTION:Charging pulse transmission trunk CPST is provided to the electronic exchange which transmits the charging pulse to public telephone subscriber SUB1. Thus, in case the calling subscriber is a public telephone subscriber, the public telephone subscriber is connected to intra-office trunk IOT or the outgoing trunk via CPST to transmit the charging pulse from CPST. As a result, IOT can be used for the call from both the general and public telephone sets. |
