PURPOSE:To enable to depict the fixed and intermittent defects correctly, by executing a series of test steps in a number of times and forming the diagnosis control program so that the youngest number or related information among the step number detecting defects can be set to the display registers. CONSTITUTION:In the diagnosis system in which a series of test steps are executed with the microprocessor 5 according to the microprogram read out from the memory 4 and the defect of the objective of diagnosis is displayed in the display register 1, the test steps of a series are repeated in a number of times. Further, the diagnosis program is formed so that the youngest number or the information among the step number detecting the test defect is set to the display register 1. Thus, the defect intermittent which has not been discovered with the execution of less number for the test series can corrctly be depicted. |
