<p>The mechanism continuously deposits flat items such as leather hides on a supporting frame, these being delivered through the gap between a pair of feed conveyor belts, the outlet end of the gap being above the frame. At the outlet end of this gap are two conveyor belts forming a gap between them and discharging the hides, and which swing together. The length in the transport direction of these two belts can be less than the distance between the discharge end of the feed conveyor belts and the apex of the supporting frame.</p> |
