PURPOSE:To reduce the block ratio at the channel connection time by adding the device at the incoming side of the time switch to isolate the outside and inside calls of the self-group. CONSTITUTION:At the time of the inside connection of the self-group, the digital voice information of subscriber C and D under the busy state is supplied to isolator circuit 70 through time slot TSt1 and t2, and the gate signal is supplied from control unit 51. Then the aural information of subscriber C and D are written into the corresponding areas of TS conversion memory 62 via AND gate 71, and the contents of TS holding memory 61 is read out with the next period TSt1 and t2 to be supplied to confluence circuit 80. At the same time, the gate signal is supplied to circuit 80 from control unit 52 at time band t1 and t2, and the aural information of subscriber D and C is delivered to the reception side of C and D of the outgoing highway. While at the time of the connection outside the self-group, the output of circuit 70 is exchanged through the comstitution of time switch 3, gate switch 45 and time switch 6 at the same time band to be supplied to circuit 80 and then to be delivered to outgoing highway 26. |
